The role blends hands-on field work with remote configuration and monitoring, site surveys, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the highest levels of security and client satisfaction.

Travel to client sites within Sandton and surrounding areas is required; the ideal candidate will read schematics, troubleshoot

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security System Installer or in similar technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and alarm systems.
• Proficient with installation tools, testing equipment and wiring techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Willing to travel to Sandton area and balance field and remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test CCTV cameras, alarm panels and access readers.
• Perform site surveys and design suitable security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Provide end-user training on installed systems.
