Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Effective and efficient installation of technology.
2. Adhere to the Maintenance / Project process flow.
3. Perform aspects of installations and fault-finding services.
4. Provide effective support services for call-outs, including installation, configuration, cleaning of equipment, and inspections of surroundings and environment.
5. Effective maintenance of systems and technology.

Qualifications and Certifications

• N (Network Qualified) and (Certified Technician) or relevant networking qualifications, with competence in IP camera installation and programming of Dahua, Avigilon, Biometric Readers used on the mine, Centurion Gate motors, Turnstar Turnstiles, Boom Gates, IDS alarm systems, electric fences, wireless network systems, fiber splicing, and fault finding.
• Fully licensed (Code B or Code C1) to operate LDVs.
• Must be able to obtain VTS certification.
• Able to obtain a medical fitness certificate (Red ticket).
• Must be able to obtain a relevant mine license to operate contactor LDVs in both open cast and underground mining areas.
• Ability to test and splice fiber optic cables.
• Proficient in working with a laptop for fault finding.
