Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Gridhawk Security, you'll be instrumental in selling armed response contracts, playing a crucial role in our company's growth. From generating leads to negotiating contracts, your efforts will directly contribute to our success in the security industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and generate leads for armed response contracts, exceeding sales goals and targets.
  2. Negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  3. Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of clients, effectively showcasing the value of our services.
  4. Collaborate with marketing programs to align sales efforts and maximize impact.
  5. Understand and promote company programs to clients, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
  6. Prepare and submit sales contracts accurately and efficiently, facilitating seamless order processing.
  7. Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs, build relationships, and address queries.
  8. Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
Experience:
  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in security sales, specifically armed response and alarm systems.
Skills:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  2. Superb interpersonal skills, enabling you to quickly connect with clients.
  3. Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Driver's License:

Valid driver's license required for client visits.
