Join Our Team as a Security Sales Consultant - East Rand

We are seeking a dynamic Security Sales Consultant for our East Rand branch at Architectural Services. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a proven track record in security sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new business opportunities through networks and cold calling to maximize growth within the market.
  2. Design, cost, propose, and present complex integrated security solutions to clients, covering commercial and group offerings.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed proposals and quotations in a timely manner.
  5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  6. Prepare management reports and stay informed about trade and competitor activities.
  7. Ensure all contracts and quotations are completed accurately, including technical drawings and addenda.
  8. Adhere to company policies regarding equipment and stock sourcing.
  9. Travel as required within the East Rand area to meet client needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Sales diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the security industry.
  • Proven success in security sales, with a strong track record.
  • Fully bilingual; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Reside in or near the East Rand area.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours if necessary.
  • Clear criminal record and no pending cases.
