Job summary

MPOWER is seeking a Security Officer to oversee security operations, develop strategies and supervise staff within the Pretoria office. The role focuses on safeguarding property, assets and people while enforcing procedures and health & safety standards.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, PSIRA registration, and at least 3+ years in security, with strong communication and leadership skills to maintain safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 educational background is required.
• PSIRA registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in security environment is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests and vendors.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and implement security SOPs.
