Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Security Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of physical and electronic security across the Middle East & Africa region. You will oversee risk management, vendor contracts, and security operations to protect people, assets, and information, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5–10 years in security management, experience with CCTV/IDS, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive security management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or related field.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control and IDS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security operations (Security Operations Management).
• Oversee CCTV, access control, IDS and other security technologies.
• Lead security incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Identify, assess and mitigate security risks affecting personnel and assets.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and testing of security systems.
