Role Context:

Participate in designing and implementing security strategies to maximize the safety of employees, customer shipments, and company assets. Reduce risks of injuries and threats, and prevent loss and damage in line with business strategies, corporate guidelines, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to defining security strategies aligned with business goals and policies
• Draft and implement security operational plans, measures, and budgets to safeguard company property, employees, and visitors
• Lead projects and initiatives to enhance organizational security and safety
• Design and ensure consistent implementation of security frameworks, programs, and standards
• Develop and deploy security procedures, including investigations, physical security, automated systems, and access rights
• Establish and train on emergency evacuation procedures
• Conduct inspections and coordinate security-related activities in facilities
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with security standards, legislation, and regulations
• Provide training on safety protocols and conduct audits for compliance
• Identify issues, opportunities, and implement best practices for security excellence
