EDUCATIN,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
- PSIRA Grade A Certification (essential).
- Tertiary qualification in Security Management or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a security management role, preferably in a residential or property management environment.
- Proven experience in managing security contracts and service providers.
- Sound knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Familiarity with Health & Safety and emergency response procedures.
- Valid drivers license.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA :
- Preparation of Company Annual Financial statements.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's personnel, assets, and information.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Manage access control systems and monitor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to create and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a culture of security and compliance.

- Investigate security incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other security professionals to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging threats.

- Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
