EDUCATIN,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

• PSIRA Grade A Certification (essential).


• Tertiary qualification in Security Management or related field (advantageous).


• Minimum of 5 years experience in a security management role, preferably in a residential or property management environment.


• Proven experience in managing security contracts and service providers.


• Sound knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).


• Familiarity with Health & Safety and emergency response procedures.


• Valid drivers license.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA :
