The Opportunity

The position holder will be responsible for the security of people and property at the assigned compound and to proactively secures the premises and controls entry/exit as per instructions, regularly patrols the area and reports any security related events immediately to the Logistics Assistant. The position holder is also responsible for assisting other tasks, gives information to visitors and maintains security regulations in a resolute yet friendly and polite manner.

Safeguarding Children and Young People (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI)

• Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
• Ensures that the team members under supervision are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies;
