A well-established estate in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Co-Ordinator Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a strong leader who remains calm under pressure, has excellent people management ability, and possesses solid operational security experience within estates or residential environments.

Key Requirements

• PSIRA Grade A certification
• Minimum 5 years’ security experience with a reputable company
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior management role
• Experience managing guarding contracts and security service providers
• Strong understanding of CCTV, electric fencing, access control and control room operations
• Ability to compile and implement service level agreements
• Strong communication skills in English and Zulu
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must reside in Pietermaritzburg
