Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance and delivery of the security contract
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain a professional relationship
• Lead, manage and motivate security personnel to ensure high standards of discipline and service delivery
• Monitor budgets, wage costs and operational expenses
• Maintain asset registers and ensure assets are controlled
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA, labour, OHS and health & safety standards
• Investigate, report and follow up incidents, implement corrective measures
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous service improvement
• Support client retention and explore opportunities for additional business
