Placements24 is seeking a proactive Security Awareness & Training Specialist to join the security team in a remote-capable role. You will design and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees on threats and safe computing practices, with a focus on culture and behavior change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Information Security, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent content creation and presentation skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia development tools is a plus.

About the Role

You will be responsible for creating compelling content, organizing training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of the program. Key Responsibilities
