About the Role

Our client, a mid-sized technology firm located near Kimberley, Northern Cape , is seeking a dedicated Security Awareness and Training Specialist. This role is pivotal in fostering a strong security culture throughout the organization by developing and delivering engaging security awareness programs. You will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting workshops, and implementing strategies to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and potential threats. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and instructional design skills, with a passion for making cybersecurity topics accessible and understandable to a diverse audience. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the organization's security posture by empowering employees to be the first line of defense. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
