Job description

We're Hiring : Security and Identity Specialist Hybrid / Remote Meli Zekaya Services is looking for a skilled Security and Identity Specialist to join our growing team.

If you have a strong background in IAM, cybersecurity, and financial system integrations especially in core banking environments we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing : Manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring secure, role-based access across all environments.

Lead biometric integrations such as fingerprint matching for secure authentication workflows.

Monitor cybersecurity events, respond to incidents, and work closely with IT teams to prevent and contain threats.

Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) across critical systems.

Provide security integration and oversight for Oracle FLEXCUBE (UBS) core banking systems.

Support switch system integrations (e.g., Postilion) and ensure secure ISO transaction processing for ATMs, POS, and online card payments.

Oversee EFT integrations and card issuing workflows with a strong focus on security and compliance.

Conduct risk assessments, access reviews, and periodic audits to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What You Bring : Proven experience in IAM, cybersecurity monitoring, and authentication systems.

Hands-on experience with core banking systems like Oracle FLEXCUBE and transaction protocols like ISO.

Solid knowledge of EFT, card systems, and switch integration technologies.

Strong understanding of MFA, SSO, PKI, and biometric authentication.

Ability to collaborate across technical and compliance teams.
