Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY is seeking a Security and Authorization Lead in Cape Town to drive SAP HANA security and access control across the environment. You will translate business requirements into secure, compliant authorization models and support production delivery.

You will lead SAP security initiatives, configure authorization structures, and collaborate with project teams to ensure robust protection of sensitive data in line with company standards. Public sector experience is a plus.
