Job description

A leader in the chemical and energy industry is seeking an experienced Mechanical / Electrical qualified candidate, with extensive knowledge of the MHSA, to join their Secunda team on a 6-month contract.

Qualifications and experience :

• Matric
• Degree - Mechanical / Electrical
• No less than 2 years' experience within a mining environment or similar, 5 years' capital infrastructure project experience: design review, compilation of technical specifications
• Project management qualification is a PLUS
• Extensive knowledge of MHSA
• ECSA registration - advantage
• Government certificate of competence for Mines (Engineering) - Non-negotiable
• Clear criminal record
• Medically fit
