A respected player in the property management space is looking for a sharp and experienced Relationship Manager to join their Sectional Titles division in Fourways, Gauteng.This is a client-facing, detail-driven role responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, ensuring legal compliance, resolving scheme-related issues, and delivering a high level of service to trustees and scheme executives.You'll need to be confident in leading scheme meetings, handling financial reporting and budgeting, and working cross-functionally with internal teams like accounts, payroll, legal, and maintenance.
If you're someone who thrives on structure, knows your way around the Sectional Title Scheme Management Act, and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat, this could be your next great move.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee a portfolio of sectional title schemesAct as primary contact for trustees and scheme executivesEnsure governance compliance in line with STSMA, Conduct & Management RulesFacilitate and attend AGMs, SGMs, and trustee meetingsDraft and distribute meeting notices, minutes, and correspondenceHandle scheme budgets, financial reports, and monthly statementsProcess and approve payments through internal systemsExecute financial journals, reimbursements, and correctionsLiaise with internal departments (payroll, maintenance, legal, accounts)Ensure scheme websites (Firefly) are regularly updated with relevant documentationSupport dispute resolution and contractor engagementMaintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders to ensure service excellenceMatric / Senior Certificate – CompulsorySectional Title Management Certificate – (e.g., UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management, Paddocks Sectional Title Certificate, or CPMD – Certificate in Property Management & Development)NQF Level 4 or higher in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration – AdvantageousEstate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) or PPRA Registration – Beneficial - (Registered Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) holder shows compliance with property sector regulations)Valid Code EB driver's license and own transport – EssentialBasic Financial Management or Bookkeeping Certificate – bonus (for roles involving budgets and reporting)Experience with property software like MDA or Firefly – advantageous but not essential3–5 years' experience in property portfolio management, specifically within Sectional TitleStrong knowledge of the Sectional Titles Scheme Management ActFinancial literacy – must be confident with reporting, budgets, and reconciliationsAdvanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience chairing meetings and drafting minutesHow to Apply : Submit the following : Your updated CVA current head & shoulders photoProof of your Matric certificate and all other certificates / qualificationsUpdated contactable referencesNote : If you don't hear back within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.Create a job alert for this search
