Job description

We are looking for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our team. The role involves proactive property management administration, including property requirements, customer care, credit control, building databases, insurance, and budgeting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending and managing trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs, including typing minutes and preparing for meetings. Strong communication skills in English, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work evenings for meetings are essential. Knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act is required.

Requirements

  • Experience in typing minutes of trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
  • Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be available to work in the evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
