Job description

We are looking for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join our team.

The role involves proactive property management administration, including:

  1. Property requirements
  2. Customer care
  3. Credit control
  4. Building databases
  5. Insurance
  6. Budgeting

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Attending and managing trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
  2. Typing minutes and preparing for meetings

Essential requirements include:

  1. Strong communication skills in English
  2. A valid driver’s license
  3. Availability to work evenings for meetings

Knowledge of the STSM and CSOS Act is required.

Requirements

  • Experience in typing minutes of trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license
  • Must be available to work in the evenings for trustee meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
