Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers.
  2. Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring the team members to achieve sales targets.
  3. Ensure visual merchandising standards create a beautiful store experience.
  4. Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy sales floor that is fully replenished.
  5. Manage stock levels, minimize stock losses, and control shrinkage effectively.
  6. Ensure all products are correctly priced with relevant price stickers and signage.
  7. Check stock take and cycle count variance reports, investigate variances, and escalate stock shortages or unbalanced stock information to the Area Manager.
  8. Adhere to point of sale and banking procedures and report any concerns to the Area Manager.
  9. Follow all store standards, operational policies, and procedures.
  10. Execute all operational activities within the store effectively.
Requirements
  1. A matric, Grade 12, or equivalent certificate.
  2. A passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service.
  3. Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
  4. Strong customer service orientation.
  5. A strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
  6. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
  7. Basic proficiency with email and Excel.
  8. Good communication skills.
  9. Ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure.
  10. Ability to stand for long periods.
  11. Ability to demonstrate and promote products.
  12. Ability to create a motivating environment that encourages customer loyalty and team enthusiasm.
