Job description

This exciting opportunity is aimed at individuals who are outgoing, hardworking, and excellent communicators passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

You will join the Customer Love Team within Boomerang, working on campaigns for our offshore UK client, engaging with customers daily to resolve queries via phone, live chat, and email. You will have the opportunity to influence the customer journey and suggest innovative ways to improve their experience.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like in This Role
  • Being the face and voice of our client to new and existing customers.
  • Using communication tools including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat to keep customers informed.
  • Handling a wide range of queries, issues, and feedback from our customer base.
  • Creating positive moments for the people (and dogs!) we serve.
  • Providing customer insights and feedback to help shape future strategies.
  • Contributing to our culture and bringing a fresh perspective.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
