This entry-level role includes on-the-job training led by our trainers, flexible shifts including mornings and weekends, and a welcoming culture where partners are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Brew and serve beverages using Starbucks recipes.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse customers.
• Support store operations: cleaning, replenishment, queue management during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Help ensure merchandise and consumables are stocked, especially during busy periods.
• Assist customers and maintain a welcoming cafe environment throughout the day.
