Responsabilités

• Brew and serve high-quality beverages using Starbucks recipes and techniques.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for a diverse customer community.
• Support store operations as a multi-skilled partner including cleaning, replenishment and queue management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Help keep merchandise and consumables well stocked during busy periods.
• Support customers and maintain a welcoming café environment throughout the day.
• Assist with queue management and customer flow during peak periods.
• Complete supporting tasks to keep the team focused on beverage production and service speed.
