Overview
We are seeking an experienced digital Paid Media Specialist to drive innovative and highly effective digital marketing campaigns for our clients. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing PPC strategies across assigned client accounts, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance.
Responsibilities
- Stay updated with paid search advertising trends, techniques, and software.
- Implement and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage bids, ad placements, and ongoing campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
- Utilize bid management tools and data modeling for campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign metrics and prepare reports for clients.
- Collaborate with the team on landing page testing and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve various campaign elements.
- Create targeted audiences and track conversions.
- Develop campaigns across Search, GDN, and YouTube.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing strategic recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years' experience in search campaign management, handling big budgets (>1M/month).
- Strong analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Passion for digital marketing and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Technical Requirements
- Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile).
- Google Analytics certification.
- Willingness to upskill in GMP, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience in budget management.
