• Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, and customs regulations.
• Supervise and support the sea freight team to achieve performance targets.

Run the sea freight department (imports and exports), performing all functions to move and clear cargo efficiently

1. plan, coordinate and manage sea freight operations (imports and exports)
2.negotiate contract and rate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs agents
3.monitor shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages and customs agents.
4.ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
5.supervise and support the sea freight team to achieve perfotmance targets
6.invoice file according to quote and send client copies of all clearing docs

REQUIREMENTS:
1.proven experience (3-5 years) in sea/ocean freight operations or logistics management
2.strong knowledge of international shipping, incoterms and customs procedures

4.excellent communication and negotiation skills
