Job description

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in helping Jiffjaff's clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decision-makers in target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
  • Using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
  • Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
  • Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation

Compensation & Commission:

  • Base Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 per month
  • Commission: £20 (R350) per qualified appointment
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • Base: approximately R300,000 per annum
  • Commission: approximately R84,000 per annum
  • Total: approximately R384,000 per annum
  • Uncapped Commission: The more you deliver, the more you earn!

What to Prepare for the Interview:

  • Examples of previous B2B sales or lead generation success
  • Your outreach process: How do you structure emails, LinkedIn messages, or cold calls?
  • Experience using CRMs and outbound sales tools
