Job Title: Scrum Master - Agile Delivery

Location: Remote

Neem is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within the Neem Digital stream. This role will foster Agile practices, optimize team performance, and ensure effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering value-driven results in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 5 years+ Scrum Master experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement, ensuring prioritized and actionable items.
• Monitor team progress using key Agile metrics and drive improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Tribe Leads and Product Managers, to align Agile processes with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of learning, adaptability, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment for at least 5 years+
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively and foster team engagement.
• Experience in backlog management and working closely with Product Owners.
• Analytical skills to track team performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Change management expertise to guide teams through Agile transformations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills and Experience

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
• Understanding of commercial business models and market positioning.
• Familiarity with competitor products and services to drive innovation.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities to support team development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe certifications.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
