Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe), etc., to explain and motivate teams.
Professional facilitation skills to empower teams through effective facilitation.
Understanding of team metrics and tracking them to enhance team performance.
Ability to run and facilitate core meetings: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, story writing, sizing, prioritizing, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with JIRA/Confluence (or other tools). Making work visible through a Sprint board.
Lead and manage Scrum teams and Scrum of Scrums meetings, interfacing with product owners and stakeholders to minimize distractions for development teams.
Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts to enable effective work delivery.
Plan and replan software releases for timely delivery and benefits realization.
Review, reprioritize work, and optimize resource deployment to maximize value.
Promote innovation through solutions like idea platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.
Implement digital initiatives using agile and design-thinking principles.
Identify, evaluate, escalate, and resolve risks and issues.
Analyze data using established tools and methods.
Assign tasks to meet expectations within timelines.
Support resource deployment and utilization.
Develop and organize project plans aligned with organizational frameworks.
Manage personal and team performance, set objectives, and review progress.
Participate in ongoing education, training, and accreditation to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
