Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and solutions-driven Scrum Master with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments. Skilled in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and continuous delivery, this individual brings the right balance of structure and adaptability to drive meaningful outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have a background infinancial services sector. You will bedelivering high-impact projects, enhancing collaboration, and fostering a culture of agility and accountability.

Tasks include:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation
  • Remove impediments to team progress and foster team accountability
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices
  • Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement
  • Act as a servant leader to promote collaboration and transparency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions

Requirements:

  • Willing to work on a 12 month contract with the possibility of renewal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in Agile delivery environments
  • Proven experience in leading Scrum teams within complex projects
  • Experience in financial services/insurance is advantageous
