• Must be able to commute to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Physical fitness to oversee cleaning operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of institutional cleaning staff.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for various areas within educational facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock and responsible usage.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or staff concerns promptly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to schools.
