The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders, and perform quality checks on documents as part of our audit process.

Qualifications / Certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience required: 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with internal audit processes and document quality checks is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assisting with recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting initial resume screenings.
  • Providing excellent candidate experience through clear communication.
  • Supporting hiring managers and HR teams throughout recruitment.
