The Risk & Quality Manager role supports the PwC UK Risk business within the risk management team. The team provides services such as cybersecurity, financial services, AI and modeling, technology implementations, transformation, internal audits, controls advisory, structuring, actuarial, forensics, deals advisory, and regulatory impact. The team works strategically with the business to navigate challenges and deliver exceptional client service. You will join a high-performing risk management R&Q team with extensive experience.

Qualifications / Certifications required:

Preferred: Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or CA(SA) qualification

Experience required:

5-6 years of relevant professional experience

At least 1 year in a management or team leadership role

Experience in a regulated business is preferred

Responsibilities of the role:

The role involves managing the firm’s risks and quality, including:

  • Supporting the business through query advisory services, advising client-facing teams on risk and quality issues, such as managing contractual and delivery risks.
  • Advising on risks related to proposed work at the client and during engagement acceptance.
  • Helping teams consider and mitigate risks throughout client engagements.
  • Providing guidance on technology-related risks and supporting new service launches.
