Requirements:
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Information Systems or related fields.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Cloud practitioner, Azure fundamentals, AI).
Experience & Skills:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in technology or architecture roles, including exposure to architectural projects and practices.
- Strong interest in enterprise architecture with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of architectural concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Documentation Assistance:
- Assist in creating and maintaining architectural documentation, diagrams, reports, and project files.
- Keep all documentation organized, current, and accessible.
Analysis and Research:
- Collaborate with senior architects to research technology trends and support decision-making.
- Gather and analyze relevant information to identify solutions and best practices.
Design Support:
- Support architectural design tasks under senior guidance.
- Contribute to developing architectural solutions aligned with EA principles.
Learning and Development:
- Continuously enhance knowledge of architectural principles and frameworks.
- Engage in training and professional development activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior architects and project teams.
- Participate in projects to gain practical experience.
Records Maintenance:
- Maintain records of decisions, project statuses, and relevant information.
- Ensure thorough documentation for future use and reporting.
Communication:
- Assist with communication within the EA team and with stakeholders.
