The HR Managed Services Team Leader will oversee the delivery of comprehensive HR services to clients, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This individual will lead a diverse team while leveraging HR technology, including ERP systems, to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR service delivery and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly HR modules (e.g., payroll, recruitment, benefits,).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, data security, and best practices.
- Ability to drive process improvements and service delivery efficiency.
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on achieving HR service delivery goals. Managing complex queries from team members.
- ERP Systems Management: Leverage the ERP system (predominately Workday) to manage HR processes, drive efficiency, and resolve issues.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the seamless delivery of HR services, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use ERP system data to generate insights and reports, driving decisions related to HR performance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring service satisfaction. Acting as escalation point for client escalations.
- Change Management: Manage ERP upgrades and changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training for the team.
