PwC recherche un gestionnaire de projet expérimenté pour rejoindre le SATIC, travaillant sur des projets complexes au sein du secteur financier. Requirements:
  • NQF Level 7 and above (ZA)
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or related roles such as business analysis, operating model, strategy, fund, project, or programme management.
  • Industry-recognized project or programme management qualification (e.g., Prince2 / MSP).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies, with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to switch between workstream detail and programme level, connecting strategy, programme, and project levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to command respect and inspire vision and purpose among project teams.
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing outcomes.

  • Delivering projects using standard PM methodologies and promoting their adoption.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and clients.
  • Proactively managing potential delivery issues.
  • Optimizing resource use and controlling costs.
  • Setting clear project scope and requirements, communicating progress, and managing changes.
  • Aligning processes and standards across teams.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication of progress.
  • Facilitating information flow within governance structures.
  • Creating meaningful MI for project insights.
  • Tracking project status, risks, budgets, and finances.
  • Leveraging technology tools and working with global teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The PwC Financial Services (FS) Tax team is the UK's leading provider of tax services to the financial sector, including banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech. The team comprises around 420 professionals across the UK, offering services like compliance, advisory, transfer pricing, international structuring, and more.
