As a Digital UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for global insurance clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional squads—including developers, business analysts, and product owners—to design user-centric solutions across the insurance value chain, from buy to claims to policy servicing.Responsibilities : Lead UX design efforts across digital insurance platforms, including Guidewire Digital, portals, and mobile apps.Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.Contribute to the evolution of a scalable design system aligned with PwC's brand and accessibility standards.Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within agile delivery squads.Support the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, analytics) into digital journeys.Requirements : Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related field.
