This role is within our Data & Insights team in the Integrated Services function.

We are hiring a senior associate to collaborate across stakeholder groups to improve efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and develop new tools for greater insights. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our evolving data analytics transformation across various stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics/Mathematics.

Experience:

• Experience with data transformation and visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL, Python, Databricks).
• Proven ability to implement solutions that simplify processes and create efficiencies using technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with other teams.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in troubleshooting complex problems.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for change, innovation, and technology, with a commitment to staying updated on new developments.

Desirable:
