As a Data Analyst, you will support the delivery of transformation initiatives by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements and data insights. Working closely with delivery leads, commercial teams, and technical SMEs, you’ll help shape solutions across the Revenue Growth Management space, leveraging both analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to drive informed decision-making.

Experience required:

• 2–4 years in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
• Experience working on ERP, CRM, or commercial tech programmes
• Exposure to data-driven projects, ideally in sales or revenue contexts
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across business and tech
• Experience in technology transformations

Skills required

• Strong analytical skills with comfort handling and interpreting data
• Ability to define and document business and functional requirements
• Comfortable using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar
• Clear communicator, capable of translating between business and technical teams
• Understanding of delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
