Requirements:
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications (e.g., Business Architecture Guild Certification, TOGAF) would be advantageous.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or related roles within a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and their application in aligning business and IT strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders and promoting a culture of empathy.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess complex business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Capable of working collaboratively to achieve common goals within a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating urgency and creativity.

Business Process Analysis and Design:
- Analyze, create and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization in alignment with technology capabilities.
- Develop and design future-state business processes that align with organizational strategy and technological advancements, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
Alignment of Business and IT Strategies:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and IT initiatives, facilitating effective technological solutions that meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into architectural solutions and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among project teams.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Engage with various teams, including technical architects, project managers, and business units, to gather requirements and articulate business needs clearly.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to promote collaboration and identify needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Framework Development:
- Develop and maintain frameworks and models that depict the relationship between business processes, technology, data, and organizational structure.

Change Management:
- Support change management initiatives by assessing the impact of technology changes on business processes and ensuring smooth transitions for affected teams.
- Advocate for and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization, fostering a culture of agility and responsiveness.
Business Requirements Specification:
- Create detailed business requirements documents that serve as the foundation for technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are designed and built according to business needs and objectives.
Governance and Compliance:
- Participate in the establishment and enforcement of governance processes related to business architecture and technology initiatives.
- Ensure that business architecture practices adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, contributing to the organization’s commitment to integrity.
