The Opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Singapore, with at least 12 years of relevant experience, to lead high-impact projects in the government and analytics domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAS solutions (preferably in fraud, AML, risk, or Visual Investigator), excellent project governance capabilities, and proven experience handling Singapore government projects.

The Role.

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAS solutions in government environments
• Drive timely delivery of projects with strict adherence to compliance and security standards
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Manage project scope, planning, resource allocation, risks, and reporting
• Align project execution with public sector frameworks and audit requirements
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and client representatives

The Expertise.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of relevant project management experience

Proven experience in managing SAS Fraud, AML, Risk, or SAS Visual Investigator solutions

Alternatively, experience in implementing intelligence, case management, or fraud detection systems

Strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, and communication skills

Must be a Singapore Citizen, or a Singapore Permanent Resident

Prior experience working on Singapore government projects (preferably with security clearance)

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Background in analytics, enterprise IT, or regulatory technology

Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes and security protocols

Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
