PwC is looking for a SAP Training Lead to join our Cloud & Digital practice on a Fixed Term Contract basis . A S AP Training Lead will lead the training strategy and efforts to ensure t he solution meets the business requirement and fulfils all user stories .

The ideal candidate would have a strong SAP t echnical background and 8+ years proven experience in SAP cloud technology enabled business transformation projects and programmes .

Qualifications / Certifications required :

Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement

8+ years of SAP training experience ; consulting experience beneficial

Hands-on experience in SAP training delivery planning, tracking, and monitoring effectiveness

A thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle is required

Cloud experience recommended

SAP Certification beneficial

Proficiency in t raining tools e.g. SAP Enable Now beneficial

Experience in Agile delivery in SAP projects.

Experience required:

More than 8 years of SAP implementation training experience

Experience in managing and delivering quality training outcomes for SAP implementation, upgrade or conversion programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA

Experience in designing and implementing t raining strategies for large SAP programmes , ensuring alignment with business goals and programme timelines

Develop ing and creating/updating training materials on selected delivery platforms e.g. e-learning platforms such as SAP Enable Now

C onducting training sessions, workshops and/or webinars for various SAP modules and processes with at least 4 + full lifecycle SAP implementations

Providing guidance and support to the training team to ensure effective training delivery

Working closely with programme stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer

E valuating the effectiveness of training delivery though assessments, feedback and performance metrics

Previous experience in a consulting environment is beneficia l

Experience in Agile delivery in SAP projects.

Responsibilities of role:

Develop and sign off on the training strategy, approach and plan

Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end t raining scope

Define and manage all activities involved in the end-to-end t raining , including strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment and issue resolution within the context of each training release/delivery

Ensure the appropriate planning , deployment and management of the t raining resources for each release/delivery

Build and manage internal/external t raining teams and advocate the appropriate level of quality

Ensure the delivery of the t raining as per the agreed t raining approach and on time, within budget while meeting all quality objectives

Monitor the progress and report the result of t raining execution (including t raining effort estimation and monitoring of actual effort)

Ensure the application of appropriate t raining measurements and metrics

Review t raining outcomes to ensure that it meets the defined entry and exit criteria

Review external supplier t raining and t raining deliverables

Effectively manage issues, risks and changes related to the t raining workstream

Participate in programme risk and issue management.

Skill sets required :

  • SAP Training Delivery

  • Technical Proficiency: U nderstanding of SAP solutions

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders , training team and trainees . Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively

  • Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest data technologies and adapt to new challenges.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP .
