Job Requirements & Qualifications

Westrocon is seeking a certified Lead SAP SuccessFactors Architect to join its expanding team. This full-time role offers an opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and shape the SuccessFactors practice.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include pre-sales, solution design, project oversight, and team mentorship.

Experience with full-cycle implementations using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies is essential. The role also offers global exposure and participation in international projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors design and implementation.
  • Completion of at least 6 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central.
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR and at least 3 additional modules.
  • Experience in configuring Role-based Permissions and integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party solutions.
  • Knowledge of Reporting, Analytics, and managing SAP SuccessFactors releases.
  • Ability to respond to RFPs, conduct demos, and represent Westrocon at SAP events.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities:

The Lead SAP SuccessFactors Architect will:

  • Define architecture and strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with client HR strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and data management.
  • Lead integration efforts and ensure project governance and best practices.
  • Support marketing and pre-sales activities, including proposals and demonstrations.
  • Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and industry trends, recommending improvements.
Experience & Skills:

Candidates should have:

  • Led at least 6 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Relevant qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree and SAP certifications.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience with SAP ERP integration, middleware tools, and cloud architecture.
  • Strong soft skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
