Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Onboarding module, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective onboarding solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, including workflow design, form customization, and role-based permissions.
-Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable onboarding solutions.
-Configure and customize Onboarding 2.0 features, including new hire portals, task management, and automated workflows.
-Integrate Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, etc.) and third-party systems (HRIS, payroll, background check providers).
-Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth deployment.
-Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
-Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency.
-Assist in data migration, reporting, and analytics related to onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills
-3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (Onboarding 1.0/2.0).
-Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including Onboarding module.
-Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and cross-module dependencies.
-Experience with SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and MDF (Metadata Framework).
-Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (preferred but not mandatory).
