Job description

Are you an expert in SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with a flair for training and user enablement? We’re seeking a skilled SAP SAC & S / 4HANA Trainer to lead impactful learning experiences across our business. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between powerful systems and empowered users, translating complex processes into clear, practical knowledge. Key Responsibilities

1. Training Development & Delivery

• Design and deliver SAP S / 4HANA training to end-users, super-users, and key business stakeholders
• Create top-quality training materials – guides, e-learning modules, quick reference guides
• Run dynamic classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions
• Customise training based on business processes and user roles
• Deliver sessions in sync with business schedules and project milestones
• Provide hands-on user support during Business and IT projects
• Reinforce learning with refresher sessions and knowledge assessments
• Resolve user queries and escalate technical issues when needed
• Engage with business process owners to ensure training aligns with real needs

3. Training Program Management

• Track user adoption and training effectiveness
• Keep training materials up to date with SAP system changes
• Collaborate with L&D, IT, and Business Process teams for seamless training delivery

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in a corporate or FMCG environment
• Strong SAP S / 4HANA knowledge
• Skilled in simplifying technical content for diverse audiences
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now or e-learning tools (advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
• SAP certification is a plus
• Instructional design and adult learning principles
• High attention to detail and adaptability
• Willingness to travel across South Africa and countries like Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, and Eswatini
