Job summary

Rosstone seeks an SAP Programme Manager to lead the post-conversion value realisation following the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.

The role focuses on converting the technical platform investment into measurable business outcomes by defining value opportunities, strengthening data and analytics capability, driving AI-enabled transformation and ensuring benefits are realised, tracked and sustained across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• 15+ years leading value realisation, transformation and SAP/S4HANA initiatives.
• Experience in mining or asset-intensive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-conversion value realisation for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Define value opportunities and strengthen data/analytics capability.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation and scalable, data-driven processes.
• Ensure benefits are realised, tracked and sustained across the organisation.
