Job summary

Seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA CO / FP&A Functional Specialist to deliver end-to-end configuration, testing, and support for Management Accounting, FP&A, and CO processes in a SAP S/4HANA environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, master data governance, budgeting workflows, and integrated planning, ensuring FI/CO alignment and robust management reporting across cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA CO configuration and support across CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-IO, CO-PA.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in FP&A.
• Knowledge of FI integration points and period-end close.
• Experience with master data governance in Controlling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP S/4HANA CO configuration, BAU services, testing, and documentation for MA, FP&A, and related processes.
• Provide analysis and fixes for CO/FP&A incidents and data issues.
• Support business users via JIRA incidents, testing, and knowledge transfer.
• Analyze CO/FI integration structures including GL postings and allocations.
• Drive process improvements, automate allocations, and simplify workflows.
• Support budgeting cycles, forecasting, and financial planning integration.
• Prepare functional specs, test evidence, and change impact notes.
• Assist with transports, training material, and post-implementation stabilization.
