Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Lead to own end-to-end delivery, lead high-performing teams, and drive impactful solutions for Fortune 500 clients. You will oversee multiple SAP Logistics modules and coordinate across SAP teams to translate complex requirements into working systems.

The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation, plus mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/IS/Finance/Logistics).
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales/Procurement 2022 or ECC 6.0.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Logistics modules at clients.
• Lead and manage a delivery team; coordinate across SAP teams.
• Conduct unit tests and SAP integration/security tests.
• Analyze complex business processes and document solutions.

We are looking for an SAPLogistics Lead with expertise in the implementation and support of multiple SAPLogistics modules. You will lead and manage a team while seamlessly integratingacross different SAP teams — turning complex business requirements into robust,working solutions that clients trust.

Requirements

• Facilitate theimplementation and support of SAP Logistics modules at various clients


• Independentlyinvestigate and troubleshoot SAP Logistics issues. Be proficient in design,customization, configuration and testing.


• Support the currentLogistics footprint and conduct SAP process configuration. Update and maintainall SAP functional documentation


• Perform detailedanalysis of complex business process requirements and prepare applicable systemsolutions; identify, interpret, support and document customer requirements


• Offer delivery expertiseto clients and stakeholders by applying domain knowledge and appropriatemethodologies


• Ability to develop andapply deep expertise in an SAP capability. Understand integration in SAP


• Interact with clients tounderstand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration,testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements


• Conduct unit tests andsystem integration / security tests


• Proactively proposesolutions to improve the support of (new) business processes


• Support and lead thefunctional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach


• Provide consultingservices on both new implementations and existing support projects


• Provide ongoingcommunication to teams on status of engagement / project, changes,achievements, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in arelevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance orLogistics


• SAP CertifiedApplication Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales/Procurement 2022 or ECC 6.0equivalent

• 10 years + of experiencein SAP MM and SAP SD


• SAP experience in acombination of the following: MM, SD, APO, QM, WM, PP, PM, and/or EWM


• Hands-on experience withat least 3 full life-cycle implementations


• End-to-end project andsupport experience in SAP including implementation, maintenance, support, anddocumentation


• More than 3 years ofexperience in managing and leading a team


• Consulting experiencewithin a client-facing role
