Sap Hcm / Sf Support Specialist

Well-known and growing private hospital group requires a SAP Project Support Specialist: HCM / SF to develop and maintain software and workflows according to specifications within the SAP HR environment. The role involves delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP HCM / SF functionality. We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP HCM / SF Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage SAP HCM / SF systems through a logical, systematic, and credible process aligned with group policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to meet business needs.
2. Analyze SAP HCM / SF data to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately and timely.
3. Update organizational structures in SAP HCM accurately, following group policies, sign-off processes, and service levels.
4. Leverage SAP HCM / SF capabilities to optimize group processes.
5. Develop, configure, test, and deploy system changes, including UAT and post-go-live support.
6. Assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts, and gaps in standard SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
7. Conduct system walkthroughs and demos to explain current configurations.
8. Investigate stakeholder needs to ensure delivery of quality service.
9. Maintain appropriate user access, ensuring segregation of duties and regular training for business users.
10. Ensure compliance with HR standards, IT governance, and security policies.
11. Assist in writing technical and functional specifications.
12. Coordinate final UAT testing before deployment to production.
13. Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
14. Document support requests, resolutions, and system processes.
15. Stay informed about SAP updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field.
• SAP Certification in HCM and/or SuccessFactors is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP HCM / SF.
• Project management experience, especially within HR technology implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
