Job Description

The AMS team seeks an experienced Consultant to support service delivery on client projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Experience with end-to-end project support: implementation, maintenance, documentation.
• Client interaction skills to understand business requirements for configuration, testing, migration, and support.
• Experience in Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Compensation, or Time Management.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and experience with Employee Central integration.
• Functional design experience and client-facing role experience.
• Ability to draft and present documentation to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll; tertiary qualification in Information Systems.
• Desired: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM Payroll with ERP 6.0 EHP7; SAP SuccessFactors Cloud/Core Hybrid.
