The SAP HCM Business Analyst will drive HR process optimisation and digital transformation by aligning business needs with system capabilities. Working closely with HR teams, this role focuses on mapping, analysing, and enhancing HR processes to ensure scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. Prior experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is essential to effectively navigate and improve our existing HR systems landscape.
